1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how you use the App, such as which videos you watch and how long you use the App. This data cannot identify you personally.
• Device Information: We collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.
• Push Notification Token: If you allow notifications, we collect a device token to send you push notifications. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require you to create an account
• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identification
• We do not collect your location
• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not store any payment information

3. YouTube Content

AniFlix displays video content sourced from YouTube via the YouTube Data API v3. When you watch a video, you are interacting with YouTube's player. YouTube's own Privacy Policy applies to this content. You can review YouTube's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Advertising

Our App displays advertisements provided by AppLovin MAX, which may include ads from Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. These advertising partners may collect and use data to show you relevant ads. This includes:

• Device advertising ID
• IP address
• Interaction with ads

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time in your device settings under Privacy → Tracking.

5. Push Notifications

We use OneSignal to send push notifications about new content. OneSignal may collect your device token and basic device information. You can disable push notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings → AniFlix → Notifications.

6. Data Storage

Our backend server stores only the video content metadata (titles, thumbnails, view counts) sourced from YouTube. We do not store any personal user data on our servers. Your watch history and preferences are stored locally on your device only.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 9. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 9. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. You can:

• Disable push notifications in device settings
• Opt out of personalised ads in device settings
• Uninstall the App to stop all data collection

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
